About Kate Cook. She is a Balanced Body Comprehensive Pilates, Barre Certified, Ace Personal Trainer!

If you can’t make it to this event you absolutely MUST make time to dine at Ampersea. It is an amazing restaurant that does SO MUCH for the Baltimore Community:
💛 WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT: Ampersea offers employment to two programs within LCF called Fresh Start and Project SERVE. The Fresh Start program helps students get their GED and opportunities to enter the workforce on a hospitality level with Ampersea. Project SERVE is a program where Ampersea offers entry level positions for previously incarcerated individuals after they have finished their work development stages while reentering society.

🖤EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS: Ampersea offers educational opportunities to one main group with LCF called the Baltimore Urban Gardening School (BUGS) where they utilize their greenhouse as an educational platform and then take those students where they offer cooking classes.

♥️ FINANCIAL COMMITMENTS: A percentage of each sale at the restaurant is donated back to the LCF at the end of the year!
