It’s not that South by Southwest takes over Austin — downtown Austin becomes SXSW for nine days in March. Music, art, interactive, panels, comedy, and movies all vie for your attention span. Let’s put it this way. You could skip media for a year, come to Austin for the week, and still come out ahead on pop culture.

The SXSW Music Festival brings together artists, industry professionals, and music lovers from around the world to make connections, elevate their careers, and celebrate the magic of live music – from legendary performers to the most exciting new talent.

Ultra Music Festival

Miami, FL

For EDM fans around the world, Ultra in Miami is a must-stop on the international circuit. While most of the United States is shivering in parkas waiting for the summer festival season, Ultra fans are dancing their asses off in sunny Miami. The show always delivers surprises – both in the musical acts and the fans that attend.

'The Charleston Bluegrass Festival takes place on the pristine 6,000-acre grounds of the Woodlands Nature Reserve, a hidden gem in one of the world's top destinations, Charleston, South Carolina.​ Patrons can expect a weekend of revelry complete with some of the finest names in bluegrass. The event offers plush camping options, local food/craft vendors, and outdoor activities.'

The breadth of seasoned pros and up-and-coming artists showcased in the festival's lineup brings attendees of all ages to the Empire Polo Club in Indio, California.
